1. Agreement

By using Igny8 you agree to these terms. If you're signing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Igny8 is a software-as-a-service platform for SEO, content, social, video and backlinks. We reserve the right to modify the service, add or remove features, and change pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for anything that happens under your account, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you publish through the platform.

4. Content ownership

You own everything you create and publish. We claim no ownership of content generated through Igny8. We do process it through AI providers as part of delivering the service; our data processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated content

AI providers occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or otherwise problematic output. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publication. Igny8 provides editorial workflow tools to support this; we're not liable for content you publish without review.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Igny8 to generate illegal content, spam, malware, or content intended to deceive readers about its source or accuracy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.

7. Payment & cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually based on your selected billing cycle. You can cancel anytime; the account remains active until the end of the paid period. Credits expire only on cancellation.

8. Refunds

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. After the trial, we don't refund partial months or unused credits. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not pro-rated.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Igny8 is provided 'as is'. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
